Billing and Member Term Length The ProAV8 Inc. service will commence as soon as ProAV8 Inc. receives and processes your initial payment. Membership is recurring billing (term length as elected by the user). You agree that any statutory right to withdraw from the ProAV8 Inc. service will be waived as soon as the ProAV8 Inc. service commences. All Employers, Job Seekers and/or Recruiters creating an account on ProAV8.com, at any time, may indefinitely suspend their profile information and indefinitely suspend their account on ProAV8.com. When a user chooses to suspend their account, they may still use the ProAV8 Inc. service up to their subscribed term length billing date. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any or no reason.
NO GUARANTEE ProAV8 Inc. does not guarantee any specific results from use of the services on the Site that any user may intend to gain.
