Why don’t you post jobs publicly like other job sites?
Humans are creatures of habit. Job posting dates back to days of push pin cork boards where people stopped by to check for new positions. It was the only way an employer could get the word out. Today, we have information technology at our finger tips. Why would you want to post your resume and personal information on a public site for scam artist and mass emailers to view when you don’t have to? Why would an employer want to shuffle through thousands of unqualified resumes when they don’t have to?
The Professional Aviator was created to help protect both the employer and the applicant from malicious behavior. It also helps to prevent situations such as having your current employer or colleagues discover that you are searching for a new position. Furthermore, posting jobs requires you to “stop by” often and apply for each job you find that you “think” you qualify for. The Professional Aviator allows you the freedom to apply for jobs that you do qualify for before you even knew they were available.

Will the notes I have written about the profiles I have selected be saved?
Yes. Any notes you write in the space provided within the profile are saved when you click on the “ Submit “ button.
